Red Chili Powder - 2tsp
Ginger & Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp

For Onion Cashew Paste
Onion Chopped - 2 medium
Cashew - 16 no.
Oil - 2-3 tbsp

For GRAVY
Oil - 3 tbsp
Ginger & Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
Tomato Puree - 8 tbsp
Milk - 150 ml
Fresh Cream - 4 tbsp
Chat Masala - 1 tsp
Water - 1½ cup


Kasuri Methi Powder (roasted) - 2 tsp
Salt
Coriander Powder - 3 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - 2 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
