In a bowl add chicken cubes, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, cornstarch, flour, egg and mix well. Let it marinate for 15-30 minutes.2. Drop each marinated chicken piece separately in hot oil and deep fry until golden brown in color. Strain and keep aside.3. Now, add oil to a preheated pan. Add capsicum and cover it with a lid and steam it for 10-12 minutes over low heat.7.
