Ingredients:
Eggs: 5 No's boiled
Star Anise: 1
Fennel Seeds: 1 Teaspoon
Red Chilies: 5 No's
Pepper Corns: 1 Teaspoon
Cardamom: 3 to 4 No's
Cloves: 7 to 8 No's
Cinnamon: 2 to 4 small pieces
Marathi Mogga: 1 No (Kapok Buds)
Coriander Seeds: 2 Teaspoons
desiccated Coconut: 2 Tablespoons
Salt: 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Chili Powder: 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder: 1/2 Teaspoon
Oil: 2 1/2 Tablespoons
Cumin Seeds: 1/2 Teaspoon
Green Chilies: 3 No's Slit
Curry Leaves: 2 Shoots
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 Teaspoon
Tomatoes: 2 No's ground into a paste
Water: 1/2 Cup or as consistently required

Method of Preparation:
Take 5 boiled Eggs, peel them, and place them aside.
Heat a pan add 1 Tsp of Coriander Seeds, 1 Marathi Mogga, 2 to3 Cinnamon Pieces, 4 Cloves, 3 to 4 Cardamoms.
Add 1Tsp of Fennel Seeds, 4 to 5 Red Chilies, 1 Star Anise and roast them all well, add 2 Tbs desiccated Coconut.
Put off the flame, let them cool down.
Add them all to a mixie jar and grind them into a fine powder, and place it aside for a while.
Take a few shallots and grind them into a fine paste and place it aside.
Make light slits on the boiled eggs.
Heat a pan with 1/2 a Tbs of Oil, fry eggs until brown on all the sides.
Then, add 1/2 a Tsp of Salt & Chili Powder each and fry for 2 Min and place them aside.
Heat another pan with 2 Tbs of oil, add 1/2 a tsp of Cumin Seeds, 3 Green Chilies Slit, & a Tsp of Ginger Garlic Paste.
Fry them all for a while, add ground shallots paste and fry for 2 Min.
Add 1/2 a Tsp of Turmeric Powder, fry for 2 to 3 more Min stirring it well.
Add 2 Tomatoes ground into a paste and fry until the oil is released.
Then, add 1 Tsp of Chili Powder and Salt each or as needed.
Now, add 1 Tsp of Ground Masala Powder, the remaining powder can be stored in an air-tight container for next use.
Add 1/2 a Cup of Water or required on the consistency needed for the gravy.
Adjust the taste accordingly.
Now, add the fried eggs and cook for a while.
Cook for 3 to 4 Min more till oil is released, garnish it with some Coriander Leaves.
Put off the flame, serve hot with Rice or Roti.
