Please Comment ! 0:00 Intro0:05 Chessy Bread Omelette1:48 Anda Butter Masala SandwichCHEESY BREAD OMLETTEIngredients:8 eggs8 brown bread slices¾ cup grated processed cheese + for garnish7-8 green chillies, chopped6 tbsps freshly chopped coriander leaves + for garnish4 tbsps chopped onion1 large tomato, chopped1 tsp madras curry powder1 tsp Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder1 tsp red chilli powder4 tbsps butter4 tsps oilMayonnaise for drizzlingTomato-onion salad to serveMethod:1. For one portion, break 2 eggs in a bowl. Add salt, a few green chillies, 1 tbsp chopped coriander, 1 tbsp chopped onion, a little chopped tomato, ¼ tsp madras curry powder, a pinch of Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder, a pinch of red chilli powder, and whisk using a fork. Set aside.2. Trim and discard the sides of 2 whole wheat bread slices and cut it into small cubes. Set aside.3. Heat 1 tbsp butter and 1 tsp oil in a non-stick shallow pan, let the butter melt. Add the egg mixture and cook for 1 minute. Add the bread cubes and cook till the base is cooked completely. 4. Loosen the sides and flip the omelette. Cook for 1-2 minutes. 5. Drizzle mayonnaise, add a portion of the grated processed cheese, 1 tbsp red capsicum, 1 tbsp green capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped tomato; ½ tbsp chopped coriander, and fold the omelette in half. Take it off the heat.6. Garnish with grated cheese and chopped coriander. Serve hot with tomato-onion salad.ANDA BUTTER MASALA SANDWICHIngredients:4 eggs8 white bread slicesSalt to taste½ tsp turmeric powder1 tsp red chilli powder2 green chillies, chopped1 small tomato, chopped1 small onion, chopped1 medium carrot, cut into thin strips1 large capsicum, cut into thin strips½ small cabbage, shreddedCrushed black peppercorns to taste8 tsps butterTomato ketchup to serveMethod :1. In a large bowl, break eggs and whisk well using a fork. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, green chillies, tomato, onion and mix well.2. In another bowl, add carrot, capsicum, cabbage, crushed black peppercorns, salt and mix well.3. For one sandwich, heat 2 tsps butter on a non-stick tawa¸ let it melt. Dip 2 bread slices from both sides in the egg mixture and place it on the hot tawa.4. Cook for 1 minute and flip. Place a portion of the prepared vegetable filling on one bread and spread it evenly. Cook for 1 minute.5. Cover the bread slice with the vegetables on top with another slice of bread and press it gently.6. Cook for 1-2 minutes on both sides.
