Cherry Chutney RecipeServing – 8 nosPreparation time – 15 minsCooking time – 20 minsIngredients QuantityChilean Cherry 25-30oil 1 tbspkalonji 1 tspGinger 1 tbspBrown Sugar 4 tbspChaat masala 2 tspsalt to tasteRed chilli powder ½ tspChilli flakes 1 tbspApple Cider vinegar 2 tbspMethod :1. Deseed Chilean cherries and keep aside .2. Coarsely grind deseeded cherries in a blender and keep aside .3. Heat oil in a pan and add kalonji and saute for 30 secs.4. Add ginger chopped , grounded cherries , brown sugar and cook for 4-5 mins or until the mixturethickens.5. Add salt , chaat masala, red chilli powder , chilli flakes and mix well and cook for 5 mins .6. Add apple cider vinegar , mix well and cook for 5 mins .7. After 5 mins remove from flame and transfer to a serving bowl .8.
