Take grated paneer in a bowl. Add sugar, cardamom powder, hung curd, baking soda and wheat flour. Knead all the ingredients to make a nice dough. 2. Take water in a vessel and add sugar to it to make sugar syrup as you make gulab jamun syrup. 3. Make small round shape balls or jamuns and deep fry them by continuously rotating in oil. 4. Once they turn brown in colour take them on tissue paper. 5. Drop in these jamuns in sugar syrup as we do for gulab jamun and add cardamom powder in it. 6. Mix them once slowly and let them be soaked for 15 min. 7.
