Chef's Special - Kadai Matar Paneer with Brown Onion Potato Kulcha
INGREDIENTS:
Cloves - 5 nos.
Cardamom - 4 nos.
Cinnamon - 3 nos
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Black pepper - 1 tsp
Red chillies - 4 nos.
Onions - 1 no.
Salt - As per taste
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Tomato puree - 1 cup
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Cashew nut powder - 6 tsp
Water - As required
Green Peas - 1 cup
Paneer (pieces) - 500 gms
Kasuri Methi Powder - 2 tsp
Capsicum - 2 nos.
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
Yeast - 1 tsp
Warm water - As required
Sugar - 1 tsp
Cream - 1 cup
All-purpose flour - 1 cup
Butter - 4 cubes
DIRECTIONS:
Heat cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper dry roast it and transfer into a plate. Later, ground it finely.

Heat oil in a pan, add red chillies, onions, salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, tomato puree, red chilli powder saute it. After adding cashew nut powder and saute it nicely again.
Then add water, green peas cook it for few minutes and add paneer pieces, kasuri methi powder, capsicum when the moisture oozes out of the gravy.

At last, add cream, coriander leaves cook it for a minute.

Take a bowl add yeast, add warm water, sugar mix it once and add all-purpose flour mix it well and make a soft dough rest it for 15-20 minutes.

Take brown onions crushed it and add cumin powder, salt, mashed potato mixed it and make dumplings
Stuff the dough, roll it, cook into the potato kulchas, apply butter both sides golden in color.
Delicious Kadai Matar Paneer brown onion ready to serve with potato kulcha.
