Give it a try and let us know how it turned out!Cheesy Tikka Bombs English Recipe:Ingredients for dough:All-purpose flour 2 cups Salt to taste Sugar 1 tbsp Yeast 1 tbsp Oil 2 tbsp Water for kneadingIngredients for filling: Oil 2 tbsp Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup Garlic paste 1 tbsp Chicken (boiled & shredded) 1 cup Tikka seasoning 2 tbsp Capsicum (chopped) 1 cup Cheese as required Kurkure crushed for coating Egg beaten as required Directions for chicken mixture:In pan heat oil, add onion and cook until translucent for 3 to 4 minutes.Then add garlic paste, shredded chicken, tikka seasoning and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add capsicum and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more. Your mixture is ready. Set aside. Directions for dough:In a bowl add flour, yeast, salt, sugar, oil and mix it well. Gradually add water and knead soft dough. Cover it with a cloth or cling and let it proof for 15 to 20 minutes.Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and make ball of them. Roll out each ball into small circle and fill it with prepared chicken mixture and cheese. Close it again properly making a smooth ball shape.Assembling:In a blender add Kurkure and blend until you get fine crumbs. Take each ball dip them in egg and them coat in Kurkure crumbs.
