Crisp-fried shrimp rolls loaded with mouth-melting cheese to treat your taste buds!CHEESY SHRIMP ROLLIngredients½ cup grated processed cheese10-12 small shrimps, finely chopped6-8 spring roll sheets2 spring onions, finely chopped with the greens2 tbsps Siracha sauce2 tbsps mayonnaiseSalt to tasteCrushed black peppercorns to taste½ tsp vinegar½ cup shredded cabbage½ cup carrot stripsWhite sesame seeds for sprinklingBlack sesame seeds for sprinklingRefined flour slurry as requiredHoney-chilli dp to serveMethod1. Take shrimp in a bowl. Add spring onions with the greens, Siracha sauce, mayonnaise, salt, crushed black peppercorns and vinegar and mix till well combined.2. To make the roll, take a spring roll sheet, place a portion of the cabbage, a portion of the carrot and add a portion of the shrimp mixture. Sprinkle white sesame seeds and black sesame seeds. Add a portion of the processed cheese and apply the slurry on the edges of the spring roll sheets. Fold the sides and tightly roll it. 3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Gently slide the rolls a few at a time and deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper. 4.
