Ingredients
Boiled potatoes: 2 par
Chopped onion (small), red bell peppers and capsicum: 1
Grated processed cheese: 1 cube (20g)
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
Oil: 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste

Method of Preparation
In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil, add onions and saute till golden.
Add chopped capsicum and red bell peppers and saute for 3-4 minutes
Grate the potatoes and place it in a bowl.
Add veggies to the potato bowl, also add grated cheese, Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and a pinch of salt. Mix everything together.
In a pan, heat oil spread the mixture, cook both sides until golden brown.
