Ingredients
For oats idli
1 cup oats flour
½ cup fine sooji
½ cup fresh curd
1 cup water or add as required
1 teaspoon fruit salt
1/4 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup bell peppers
1/4 cup corn
1/4 cup green peas
3 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
salt as required
1/2 Vimal cheese grated
For tempering oats idli
½ tablespoon Vimal oil
½ teaspoon mustard seeds
½ teaspoon cumin seeds
½ teaspoon urad dal
1 teaspoon chana dal
1 pinch asafoetida
½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
1 teaspoon chopped green chilies
1 teaspoon finely chopped curry leaves
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
8 to 10 cashews chopped
1 or 2 tablespoons grated coconut

Method

In a bowl add ingredients except for fruit salt and let it rest for some time.
Until then heat a pan add oil and prepare the tempering with all the ingredients.
When the batter is well-rested add the fruit salt, and hot tempering on it and mix it will( add water is required).
Now put the batter in the moulds and steam it for 10-12 mins.
Remove cool and serve with chutney.
