Spread the love! :)Download our App - http://bit.ly/DownloadIndiaFoodNetworkAppIngredientsFor oats idli1 cup oats flour½ cup fine sooji½ cup fresh curd 1 cup water or add as required1 teaspoon fruit salt1/4 cup grated carrot 1/4 cup bell peppers1/4 cup corn 1/4 cup green peas3 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves salt as required1/2 Vimal cheese gratedFor tempering oats idli½ tablespoon Vimal oil½ teaspoon mustard seeds ½ teaspoon cumin seeds ½ teaspoon urad dal1 teaspoon chana dal 1 pinch asafoetida ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper1 teaspoon chopped green chilies1 teaspoon finely chopped curry leaves1 teaspoon chopped ginger 8 to 10 cashews chopped1 or 2 tablespoons grated coconutMethodIn a bowl add ingredients except for fruit salt and let it rest for some time.Until then heat a pan add oil and prepare the tempering with all the ingredients.When the batter is well-rested add the fruit salt, and hot tempering on it and mix it will( add water is required).Now put the batter in the moulds and steam it for 10-12 mins.Remove cool and serve with chutney.
