Cheesy Kabab Bread Roll
Ingredients for Cheese Sticks:
Mozzarella Cheese (grated) 1 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Flakes 1/2 tsp
Jalapeno (chopped) 1/4 cup
Black olives (chopped) 1/4 cup
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Mint leaves (chopped) 1/4 cup

Ingredients for cocktail sauce:
Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
Ketchup 1/4 cup
Hot sauce 1 ½ tbsp
Salt to taste
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Assembling:
K&N’s Seekh Kabab 540 g
Cheese Sticks as required
Sandwich bread (fresh) as required
Eggs (for coating) as required
Bread Crumbs (for coating) as required
Oil (for frying) as required
Water (for brushing) as required

Directions for Cheese Sticks Preparation:
In a bowl add grated cheese, salt, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, jalapeno, black olives, oregano, mixed herbs, mint leaves and mix them well together.
Change the cheese mixture into block shape and let it freeze for 2 hours.

Directions for Cocktail Sauce:
Now in a bowl add mayo, ketchup, hot sauce, salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Mix it well and your cocktail sauce is ready. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
Take the K&N’s Seekh Kabab and prepare as per instructions on the pack.
Now take the prepared cheese block and place it on board. Cut it into sticks.
Take the prepared K&N’s Seekh Kabab and, cut them vertically from center. Place a cheese stick in between the seekh kabab.
Now take sandwich bread slice, cut its sides and flatten it with rolling pin. Place the cheese stuffed kabab on one side of the bread.
Roll the bread, brush water on the edges and seal it properly. Now dip the bread roll in egg mixture, coat it in bread crumbs.
Now heat oil in a pan and fry the bread rolls for 3-4 minutes or until light golden brown. Serve hot with Cocktail Sauce:
