Cheesy Garlic Bombs | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Easy garlic cheese bombs made from scratch. Flaky and soft with that gooey cheese interior they are totally irresistible.

CHEESY GARLIC BOMBS

Ingredients

150 grams mozzarella cheese, cut into medium cubes
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
Bread dough as required
Refined flour for dusting
1½ teaspoons red chilli flakes
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon butter + for brushing

Method

1. Preheat oven at 180º C.
2. Dust worktop with some flour. Place the dough and stretch well. Add 1 teaspoon chilli flakes and chopped parsley and knead.
3. Divide the dough into equal portions. Make cavity in each portion, place a cheese cube, seal and shape into balls.
4. Dust the baking tray with flour, place the balls, cover with damp muslin cloth and set aside to prove for 10-15 minutes.
5. Combine butter and garlic in a microwave proof bowl and mix. Add remaining chilli flakes and mix well. Place the bowl in the microwave and heat for 1 minute.
6. Brush the proven balls with butter-garlic mixture. Place the baking tray in preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and brush some butter on top.
7. Serve hot.
