Ingredients

2 Cup Grated Cheese
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Onions
1 tsp Garlic
2 tsp Green Chillies
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt to Taste
Coriander Leaves
Samosa Strips
Maida
Water
Oil for frying

Methods

1. Take a bowl, add Cheese, Onions, Garlic, Green Chillies, Black Pepper Powder, Salt, Coriander leaves and mix it well.
2. Take a samosa strip and fold it in a cone shape, then feel the cone with feeling.
3. Mix Maida and water and make a slurry.
4. Stick the end of the cone with the help of slurry.
5. Take a pan and heat the oil in it.
6. Once the oil is hot fry the samosa till it is golden brown in colour.
7. Remove the samosa and soak the excess oil with the help of tissue paper.
8. The crunchy Samosas are ready to serve.
