Cheesy Chicken Nachos | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Got chips, chicken and cheese? These delicious snacks are an easy way to make your loved ones go wild at your next movie party at home.

CHEESY CHICKEN NACHOS

Ingredients

250 grams boneless chicken, cut into strips
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium tomato, cut into small cubes
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon paprika
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
½ medium green capsicum, cut into small cubes
2 tablespoons fresh cream
½ cup nacho chips
Grated processed cheese as required
1-2 stalks spring onion greens, finely chopped

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180º C.
2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté till golden. Add onion and sauté till translucent.
3. Add tomato, mix and cook till soft. Add chicken, mix and cook till done.
4. Add salt and paprika and mix. Add crushed peppercorns and mix well. Add capsicum, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add cream, mix and cook for 1 minute.
5. Place some nacho chips in a shallow glass baking dish and put chicken mixture on top. Put some cheese on top.
6. Place the baking dish on a baking tray. Place the baking tray in preheated oven and gratinate till cheese melts.
7. Serve hot.
