A perfect snack to grab on a sunday evening.CHEESY CHICKEN BOMBS - (Serves - 4)Ingredients2 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese250 grams readymade chicken tikka, cut into ½ inch pieces 2 cups chicken mince1 tablespoon ginger-garlic-green chilli pasteSalt to taste½ teaspoon garam masala powder¼ teaspoon green cardamom powder¼ teaspoon dried mango powderOil for greasing and deep-fryingFresh breadcrumbs for coating Method1. Take chicken mince in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic-green chilli paste, salt, garam masala powder, cardamom powder, dried mango powder and cheese and mix well.2. Grease your palms with oil, divide the prepared chicken-cheese mixture into equal portions, coat the tikka pieces with them and shape into balls. 3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. 4. Spread breadcrumbs on a plate, coat the prepared balls in it and deep-fry in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.5.
