Cheesy Chicken Bombs | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

These deep fried balls are loaded with chicken and cheese. A perfect snack to grab on a sunday evening.

CHEESY CHICKEN BOMBS - (Serves - 4)

Ingredients

2 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese
250 grams readymade chicken tikka, cut into ½ inch pieces
2 cups chicken mince
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic-green chilli paste
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon garam masala powder
¼ teaspoon green cardamom powder
¼ teaspoon dried mango powder
Oil for greasing and deep-frying
Fresh breadcrumbs for coating

Method

1. Take chicken mince in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic-green chilli paste, salt, garam masala powder, cardamom powder, dried mango powder and cheese and mix well.
2. Grease your palms with oil, divide the prepared chicken-cheese mixture into equal portions, coat the tikka pieces with them and shape into balls.
3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
4. Spread breadcrumbs on a plate, coat the prepared balls in it and deep-fry in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
5. Serve hot.
