Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

You'll love these guilt-free little cheesecake stuffed strawberries. So easy and perfect for summer parties!

CHEESECAKE STUFFED STRAWBERRIES

Ingredients

150 grams Philadelphia cheese
¼ cup condensed milk
8-12 strawberries
¾ cup whipped cream
Chocolate sauce for drizzling

Method

1. Take Philadelphia cheese in a bowl. Add condensed milk and whisk till well combined.
2. Add whipped cream and fold well.
3. Remove the top and bottom part of the strawberries and core them.
4. Fill a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle with the cheese mixture and pipe into the strawberries and on top as well. Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes.
5. Drizzle chocolate sauce on top and serve immediately.
