Paneer – 1 cup grated
Boiled potato – ½ cup grated
Chili flakes – 1 tsp
Oregano – 1 tbsp
Amchoor -1 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tbsp
Mixed Italian herbs – ½ tbsp
Salt to taste
Cornflour – 3 tbsp
Rice flour – 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp

Cornflour slurry –
Maida – 2 tbsp
Cornflour – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1/4th tsp
Blackpepper – 1/4th tsp
Water

Mozzarella cheese
Papad
Oil for frying
