Ingredients:
Boiled or cooked rice - 2 cup
Onion(chopped) - 2
Tomato(chopped) - 2
Cheese cubes - 100 gm
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Spring onion (chooped)
Green chilli - 1
Capsicum(chopped)- 1/2
Cooking oil - 4 tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
Pav bhaji masala - 2 tsp
(you may use chicken masala or kitchen king masala if pav bhaji masala is not available)
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Salt to taste or 1.5 tsp
