Prep: 20 minutes
Deep Fry @ 350°F: 4 minutes

Equipment:

• Paper Towel Roll

Ingredients:
• 18x Polly-O String Cheese (Mozzarella)
• or Giant Deli Mozzarella Log
• 4 Bags of Takis Feugo
• Flour
• Eggs
• Milk​
• Lime Juice
• Cayenne Pepper
• Paprika
• Chili Powder

Directions:
1. Grind up Takis
2. Melt the Polly-O String cheese in intervals of 1 minute stirring in between
3. Once it all congeals together, carefully stuff it inside a paper towel roll that is lined with plastic wrap so the cardboard doesn't stick to the cheese
4. If you go with Julia's version you can skip step 3
5. Dry Mix: 1 Cup Flour, 1 tsp Cayenne, 1 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp Chili Powder
6. Wet Mix: 1 Egg, 1/2 Cup Milk & Lime Juice
7. We decided to do a triple coat of dry, wet, dry wet, dry, wet... than Takis
8. Deep Fry @ 350°F for 4 minutes
9. If you decide to freeze, you might have to bake it in the oven depending on how giant you made it
