Cheese souffl with nurpur cheese
Ingredients for Cheese Souffle:
Nurpur Butter 80 gram
All-purpose flour 80 gram
Nurpur Full Cream Milk 2 cups
Nurpur Cheddar Cheese 2 cups
Salt 1/2 tsp
Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Egg yolks 8
Egg whites 8
Parmesan grated as required
Bread crumbs as required

Directions for Cheese Souffle Preparation:
1. In a pot heat butter and add flour. Cook over low flame until fragrant.
2. Now add Nurpur Full Cream Milk and cook until thick in consistency. Stir continuously until no lumps remain. Now add cheese, paprika, salt, black pepper and cook until cheese melts.
3. Now let the batter cool at room temperature. Transfer it into a bowl and add egg yolks. Whisk them until fully mixed.
4. In another bowl add egg whites and beat until fluffy and light peaks form.
5. Now add the fluffy egg white into the prepared batter and mix it well until combined.
6. Now grease the ramekins with the butter and bread crumbs, pour the prepared souffl batter, grate the parmesan cheese, and bake it in a preheated oven for 10-15 min at 180C
7. Your Cheese Souffle is ready. Serve and enjoy.
