Mouth-melting cheese bursting out from these beautiful parcels will leave you wanting for more.CHEESE PARCELSIngredients¾ cup grated cottage cheese (paneer)¾ cup grated processed cheese ¾ cup grated mozzarella cheese2 green chillies, chopped1 small onion, chopped2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander½ tsp Tata Sampann Garam MasalaA pinch of salt200 grams readymade samosa doughMethod1. Mix cottage cheese, processed cheese, mozzarella cheese, green chillies, onion and coriander in a bowl.2. Add Tata Sampann Garam Masala and mix well. Add salt and mix well.3. Divide the samosa dough into 16 equal portions and roll into thick circles.4. Place a portion of cheese stuffing in centre of 1 disk and cover with another disk. 5. Pinch the edges with a fork to seal well. You can also pinch with hands to create a pattern.6. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep fry the parcels on medium heat till golden brown and crisp.7.
