A cheesy parcel which makes for a perfect snack for everyone. Mouth-melting cheese bursting out from these beautiful parcels will leave you wanting for more.
CHEESE PARCELS

Ingredients

¾ cup grated cottage cheese (paneer)
¾ cup grated processed cheese
¾ cup grated mozzarella cheese
2 green chillies, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander
½ tsp Tata Sampann Garam Masala
A pinch of salt
200 grams readymade samosa dough

Method

1. Mix cottage cheese, processed cheese, mozzarella cheese, green chillies, onion and coriander in a bowl.
2. Add Tata Sampann Garam Masala and mix well. Add salt and mix well.
3. Divide the samosa dough into 16 equal portions and roll into thick circles.
4. Place a portion of cheese stuffing in centre of 1 disk and cover with another disk.
5. Pinch the edges with a fork to seal well. You can also pinch with hands to create a pattern.
6. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep fry the parcels on medium heat till golden brown and crisp.
7. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot with ketchup and green chutney.
