Cheese Dosa | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Dosa topped with schezwan sauce and fresh vegetables loaded with cheese. You cannot just get over this one !

CHEESE DOSA

Ingredients

½ cup processed cheese
½ cup cheese sauce
2 cups dosa batter
1 teaspoon oil
½ cup schezwan sauce
½ cup red & yellow capsicum, cut in small cubes
½ cup corn kernels, boiled
½ cup black olives, pitted
2 teaspoons chopped coriander + for garnish
Salt to taste
Crushed black peppercorns to taste

Method

1. Heat oil on a non-stick tawa and spread dosa batter as required.
2. Spread a spoonful of schezwan sauce on the dosa batter and add red & yellow capsicums, corn kernels, black olives and chopped coriander. Sprinkle salt and crushed black pepper corns. Cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add cheese sauce and processed cheese, allow to melt it little.
4. Fold from both sides to seal edges.
5. Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander.
