Spread the love! :)Download our App - http://bit.ly/DownloadIndiaFoodNetworkAppIngredientsSweet corn: 150gmsSweet Potato(Big): 1Onion: 30gmsTomatoes: 40gmsGreen chilli: 5gmsFresh coriander: 10gmsChat masala: 5gmsLemon: 1Red chilli powder: 5gms`Salt: to tasteSev: 10gmsCheeseProcedure1.Toast the corn on a hot pan, until golden brown2.Next, heat another pan and add some butter to cook diced sweet potato with some red chilli powder and salt to it.3.Crush the corn into a grinder mixer4.Take a mixing bowl add the crushed sweet corn, sweet potato mixer, add chilli powder, salt, chaat masala powder, chopped onions, chopped green chilli, and mix well.For Stuffing5.Take a bowl add some cheese, chopped fresh coriander leaves, chili powder, salt and mix well6.Now for corn tikki take the corn mixture, pat it slightly and stuff the cheese balls stuffing into it.7.In a hot pan heat, the oil shallow fry the corn tikki8.Add chopped onions, coriander leaves, tomatoes, chaat masala, red chilli powder, salt and sev mix well and taste the mixture.9.Plating for the recipe, put the chaat masala into the plate then gently place the corn tikki on it and put the rest of chaat masala 10.Serve with some sev on top of it.
