I made this Pizza paratha with fresh wheat flour, corn, cheeze, and veggies.

Ingredients for making pizza paratha:
• 2 cups wheat flour
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 teaspoon oil
• For stuffing:
• ½ cup boiled Sweet corn kernels
• 1 tbsp chopped & boiled Baby corns
• ¼ cup Grated Processed cheese
• ¼ cup Grated Mozzarella cheese
• ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
• Salt to taste
• Italian seasoning
• Mayonnaise
How to make pizza paratha:
Kneading the dough for:
Put whole wheat flour and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add water little at a time and knead the dough till it becomes soft, pliable and smooth in texture.
Put some oil all over the dough and smoothen the dough little bit more. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, let’s prepare our stuffing.
Preparation of corn cheese mixture for stuffing in paratha:
Take a bowl and put boiled corns, chopped baby corns, black pepper, salt, mozzarella cheese, processed cheese, Italian seasoning and mix until well combined. Keep it aside.
Rolling out the dough to make pizza paratha
After 15 minutes uncovered the dough and put little oil again and give the final knead before rolling.
Now take one ball from the dough and roll the ball in the palms of your hands and flatten it. Dust it lightly with some wheat flour and start rolling it into a round thin disc/ chapatti.
