Cheese Bomb Burger
Ingredients for Beef Patty:
Beef mince + fat (600 g + 200 g)
Salt 1 ½ tsp / to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1/2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Onion (chopped & squeezed) 1 ½ cup
Tomatoes (chopped) 1 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ tbsp.
Green coriander (chopped) 1/2 cup
Egg 1
Oil (for frying) as required

Ingredients for Cheese Sauce:
Oil 1 tbsp
Nurpur Butter 2 tbsp
All-purpose flour 1 tbsp
Nurpur full cream milk 1 ½ cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Hot sauce 1/2 tbsp
Nurpur cheddar cheese (grated) 1 cup

Ingredients for Assembling:
Burger buns (toasted)
Mayonnaise as required
Lettuce leaves (shredded) as required
Beef patties (2)
Nurpur Cheddar cheese slice (1)
Onion rings as required
Cheese sauce as required

Directions for Beef Patty Preparation:
1. In a bowl add beef mince, salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, onion, tomatoes, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, green coriander, egg and mix well. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
2. Grease your hands with oil and make patties of marinated mince.
3. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry your beef patty for 2-3 minutes from each side on medium flame. Set aside.
Directions for Cheese Sauce Preparation:
4. In a pan heat oil and add butter. Add flour and cook for a minute over low flame.
5. Add milk, salt, white pepper, paprika, garlic powder, mustard, hot sauce and cook over medium low flame for 3-4 minutes.
6. Add cheese and cook until melted and fully incorporated. Take off flame and keep it warm.
Directions for Assembling:
7. Take toasted buns, spread mayo on them, place lettuce leaves, beef patties, cheddar cheese slice, onion and place the top bun.
8. Pour the prepared cheese sauce over the burger and serve. Your Burger Bomb is ready.
