Chawli SabziIngredients Oil – 1 ½ tbsp Cumin seeds- 1 tsp Mustard seeds – 1 tsp Green Chilli – 2-3 no Garlic chopped – 1 tsp Onion Chopped – 2 medium Salt- to taste Turmeric powder –Coriander powder 1 tsp Crushed roasted Peanuts – 2 tbsp Green Chawli (amaranth leaves )- 1 bunchMethod:-1. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and sauté.2. Add chopped green chilli, garlic and sauté well.3. Add Chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 mints.4. Now add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and sauté for 1 mint.5. Add crushed roasted peanut and mix. Then add the leaves and mix well6. Cook the sabzi until dry.7.
