Chatpati Chicken Macaroni
Shan: Chaat Masala

Ingredients for Boiled Macaroni:
Water 2 L
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Elbow Macaroni 2 cups

Ingredients for Chatpati Chicken Macaroni:
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Red Chilies (chopped) 1 tbsp
Chicken (boneless cubes) 300g
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Red Chili flakes 1 tsp
Shan Chaat Masala 1 tbsp
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Chili Sauce 1 tbsp
Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
Ketchup 1/4 cup
Carrots (cubes) ¼ cup
Green Capsicum (cubes) ¼ cup
Red Capsicum (cubes) ¼ cup
Cabbage (cubes) ¼ cup
Sweet Corn ¼ cup
Onion (cubes) ¼ cup
Boiled Macaroni
Lemon Juice as required
Mayonnaise as required
Shan Chaat Masala (as required)
Lemon slices as required
Green Coriander (chopped) as required

Directions for Boiled Macaroni:
1. In a large pot, bring water to boil. Add salt, oil, and macaroni and boil until 80% done.
2. Strain and keep aside.
Directions for Chatpati Chicken Macaroni:
3. In a pan, heat oil. Saute garlic and chilies for a minute. Add chicken and cook until it changes color.
4. Add black pepper, salt, red chili flakes, Shan Chaat Masala and cook for 4-5 minutes over medium low flame.
5. Now add chili sauce, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, ketchup and cook for another 2 minutes over medium low flame.
6. Now, add green capsicum, red capsicum, carrot, cabbage, onion, sweet corn and cook for 2-3 minutes over medium flame. Add boiled macaroni and give it a good mix.
7. Dish out on a plate. Add lemon juice, Sprinkle chaat masala and garnish with coriander. Your Chatpati Chicken Macaroni is ready.
