Pani Pakora
Ingredients for Pakora:
Gram flour 2 cups
Green coriander (chopped) 1/2 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Shan Chaat masala 2 tbsp
Baking soda 1 pinch
Water as required
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Onion (chopped) 3 tbsp

Ingredients for Green Chutney:
Green coriander 1 cup
Mint leaves 1/2 cup
Green chilies 2-3
Water as required
Ginger pods 2
Ingredients for Pani Pakora:
Green chutney 2 tbsp
Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
Water as required
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Shan Chaat Masala 2 tbsp
Dried mango powder 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Green coriander (chopped) as required
Onion (sliced) as required

Directions for Pakora Preparation:
1. In a bowl add gram flour, coriander, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, chaat masala, baking soda, water, cumin powder, and onion and mix well to form a thick runny paste.
2. Take a spoon full of mixture and fry it until golden brown in color. Pakora is ready. Set aside.
Directions for Green Chutney Preparation:
1. In a blender add green coriander, mint leaves, green chilies, water, and ginger and blend well into smooth paste. Your green chutney is ready. Set aside.
Directions for Pani Pakora Preparation:
3. In a bowl add green chutney, tamarind pulp, salt, red chili powder, water, lemon juice, chaat masala, dried mango powder and mix well.
4. Add water, lemon juice and coriander. Mix it well. your Khatta Pani is ready.
5. Add prepared pakora into khatta pani. Dip them well.
6. Add onion and mix well.
7. Your Pani Pakora is ready to serve.
