Marinated corn on the cobs covered in an aluminium foil and baked till perfection.CHATPATA BHUTTA Ingredients4 corn on cobs1 teaspoon red chilli flakes½ teaspoon crushed black peppercorns 1 teaspoon red chilli powder1 teaspoon brown sugar2 teaspoons lemon juice1 tablespoon mixed chopped fresh coriander leaves and mint leavesButter as requiredSalt to tasteMethod1. Preheat oven at 180º C. Line a baking tray with a silicon mat.2. Combine chilli flakes, crushed peppercorns, chilli powder, brown sugar, lemon juice, chopped coriander and mint in a bowl and mix well.3. Line the worktop with an aluminum foil, place corn and spread some chilli-sugar mixture and butter on top. Sprinkle some salt on top and wrap them individually with foil. 4. Place the prepared corn on cobs on the lined baking tray. Place the baking tray in preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.5.
