Chapatti Laddoo | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

The real leftover hack! Use your leftover chapati's and convert them into these decadent laddoos!

CHAPATTI LADDOO

Ingredients

6-8 leftover chapattis
2 tablespoons grated jaggery
1 tablespoon ghee
½ teaspoon green cardamom powder
½ teaspoon nutmeg powder
Almond slivers for garnish

Method

1. Grind torn chapattis to make a coarse powder. Add jaggery, ghee, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and grind again. Transfer into a bowl.
2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into laddoos.
3. Serve garnished with almond slivers.
