Chanar Dalna Recipe | Chanar Rosa Recipe | Bengali Cottage Cheese Recipe | Scroll RecipeIngredient:• 2 cups homemade chena• 1 TSP turmeric powder• 3 TSP red chilli powder• salt to taste• 1 TSP sugar• 1TBSP+1 TSP cumin powder• 2 TBSP flour • 1TSP baking soda• 1 TSP Kashmiri red chilli powderProcess:Step 1:• 2 cups homemade chena• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder• Add 1 TSP red chilli powder• Add salt to taste• Add 1 TSP sugar• Add 1 TSP cumin powder• Add 2 TBSP flour • Add 1TSP baking soda• Mix it nicely• Prepare a dough • Take a small portion and give a shape• Refrigerate for 45 mints Step 2:Masala mix:• Add chena water in a bowl• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder• Add 2 TSP red chilli powder• Add salt to taste• Add 1 TBSP cumin powder • Add 1 TSP Kashmiri red chilli powderStep 3:• Add oil in a pan and heat the oil• Deep fry chena ball• Keep aside Step 4:• In same pan add 2 TBSP oil• Add 1 TSP cumin seeds• Add 1 chopped tomato• Sauté it for 4-5 mints• Add masala mix• Keep stirring for 3-4 mints• Add 1 cup chena water and 1 hot cup water• Cover with a lid for 2-3 mints• Add 1 TSP garam masala• Add 1 TBSP ghee• Add fried chena ball• Cook for another 2 mints• Serve with rice/roti=====================================================please like & subscribe and comment what you like and what you didnt like.
