Delicious cheese stuffed raw banana tikkis coated in crunchy chatpata chana chor garam and fried. CHANA GHOR GARAM TIKKIIngredients1 cup chana jor garam2 medium raw bananas, boiled, peeled and gratedOil for deep-frying2 tablespoons grated cottage cheese1 tablespoon grated mozzarella cheese2 tablespoons grated processed cheese1 green chilli, chopped1 teaspoon red chilli flakes1 teaspoon dried oregano1 brown bread sliceSalt to taste1 tablespoon refined flour (maida)Method1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.2. Take chana jor garam in a zip-lock bag, seal and coarsely crush using a rolling pin. Transfer in a bowl.3. To prepare stuffing, mix together cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, green chilli, chilli flakes and dried oregano on a plate. 4. Divide the cheese mixture into small equal portions and shape into balls. 5. Take bread slice in another bowl. Add 1-2 tablespoons water and crush. Add raw bananas and salt and mix well.6. Divide the banana mixture into equal portions. Make cavity in the center of each portion, place one ball of stuffing, seal and shape into tikkis. 7. Take flour in another bowl. Add some water and mix well to make a semi-thick and smooth slurry.8. Dip each tikki in slurry and coat with crushed chana ghor garam. 9. Deep-fry each prepared tikki in hot oil till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.10.
