Ingredients

Dal Stuffing:
• Chana dal – 1 ¼ cup
• Salt – ½ tsp at the time of cooking

Dal tempering:
• Oil - 2 tbsp
• Jeera – 1 tsp
• Onions (chopped) – 2
• Ginger (chopped) -2 tsp
• Salt – 1 tsp
• Kashmiri red chilli – ¾ tsp
• Jeera powder – ½ tsp
• Dhaniya powder – ¾ tsp
• Chaat masala – ¾ tsp
• Green chillies (chopped) – 1 tsp
• Fresh coriander (chopped) – 4 tbsp

Dough
• Atta (wheat flour) – 1 ½ cup
• Salt – ½ tsp
• Ghee - 2 tsp
• Ajwain – ½ tsp
• Water – a bit to knead the dough
