Learn how to make Chana dal fry recipe @Cooking with Asifa Food street style Spicy daal tadka curry. chana dal fry recipe dhaba style by Chef Asifa Khan.Ingredients:-Channa daal (half boiled) 1+1/2 cup (let it soaked for 3 hours)-Cooking oil 100 ml -Onion large size 1 chopped-Tomato 2 medium sizeFresh coriander leaves 5 tbsp-Green chili 3-Salt (as per taste)-Red chili powder 1 tsp-Coriander powder 1 tsp-Turmeric powder 1/3 tsp-Chopped green chili 3-Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp-Whole red chili 5-Cumin seeds 1 tsp-Bay leaves 2, Cinnamon stick 1, Black cardamom 2, Cloves 5, Black pepper 7PROCEDURE:-Put a pan on a flame heat the oil then add red chili, bay leaves, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, green cardamom, cloves, black pepper & cumin seeds cook it for a minute and then add chopped onion cook it for 4-5 minutes on low flame.-Add ginger and garlic paste and green chili paste stir it well for 3 minutes & then add tomato, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, add water 4 tbsp, cover it and cook it for 4-6 minutes-After 6 minutes add half boiled chana daal and mix it well and then add 1+1/2 cup of water, cover it and again cook it for 10-15 minutes on light flame-After 15 minutes take out the whole garam masala from the curry.-Last, add garam masala powder, fresh coriander leaves, green chili, cook it for 5 minutes-It's ready, Enjoy & Serve it :)#chanadalfryrecipedhabastyle#ChanaDalFry,#dal,#cookingwithasifa,#tasty,TasteRecipe,
