Ingredients:
-Channa daal (half boiled) 1+1/2 cup (let it soaked for 3 hours)
-Cooking oil 100 ml
-Onion large size 1 chopped
-Tomato 2 medium size
Fresh coriander leaves 5 tbsp
-Green chili 3
-Salt (as per taste)
-Red chili powder 1 tsp
-Coriander powder 1 tsp
-Turmeric powder 1/3 tsp
-Chopped green chili 3
-Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
-Whole red chili 5
-Cumin seeds 1 tsp
-Bay leaves 2, Cinnamon stick 1, Black cardamom 2, Cloves 5, Black pepper 7
PROCEDURE:
-Put a pan on a flame heat the oil then add red chili, bay leaves, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, green cardamom, cloves, black pepper & cumin seeds
cook it for a minute and then add chopped onion cook it for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
-Add ginger and garlic paste and green chili paste stir it well for 3 minutes & then add tomato, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, add
water 4 tbsp, cover it and cook it for 4-6 minutes
-After 6 minutes add half boiled chana daal and mix it well and then add 1+1/2 cup of water, cover it and again cook it for 10-15 minutes on light flame
-After 15 minutes take out the whole garam masala from the curry.
-Last, add garam masala powder, fresh coriander leaves, green chili, cook it for 5 minutes
-It's ready, Enjoy & Serve it :)
