Preparation time:5 mins
Cook time:5-7 mins
Serves:3-4
Ingredients:
Chana daal(Bengal gram):3 cups
Urad daal(black gram):1 ½ cup
Coriander leaves
Green chilli:as per teste
Garlic:7-8 cloves
Ginger: 1 inch
Rice:1 cup(you can use rice flour)
Wheat flour: 1 cup
Salt: as per taste
Carom seeds: 1/4th tsp
Asafetida(hing):1/4th tsp
For fried Fara:
Oil: 1 tsp
Red chilli powder: pinch of
Mustard seeds: 1/4th tsp
Cumin seeds: 1/4th tsp
