Chana Dal ani Dhemche bhaji #MaharashtrianTadka | ChefHarpalSingh | chefharpalsingh

This typical regional Maharastrian recipe made from split bengal gram and tinda which is yummy to eat with chappatis..

Ingredients:
Tinda - 3 nos
Chana dal soaked - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1 nos large
Tomato - 1 nos large
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Hing - 1 tsp
Coriander chopped - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 8-10
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Water - as required

Method:
1) In a pressure cooker heat oil, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, hing, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, coriander ,and red chilli powder tomato and saute for a while
2) Now add chopped coriander mix well and cook for about 3-4 minutes
3) when its done add tinda and soaked chana dal and mix well
add garam masala and chopped coriander And water as required
4) Now pressure cook for about 15-20 minutes, or completely done plate it and serve hot with roti or chapati
