Chana Chor Garam Nachos | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

A fusion recipe of nachos made using the chana chor garam instead of nacho chips.

CHANA JOR GARAM NACHOS - (Serves - 4)

Ingredients

1-1½ cups large chana jor garam
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 medium tomato, finely chopped
1 pickled jalapeno, finely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ cup cheese sauce
Grated processed cheese as required

Method

1. Preheat oven at 180º C.
2. Combine onion, tomato, jalapeno, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli flakes and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well.
3. Line an oval glass baking dish with chana jor garam and put onion mixture on top. Pour some cheese sauce and cover with some processed cheese on top.
4. Place the baking dish in a baking tray. Put the baking tray in preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or till the cheese melts.
5. Serve immediately.
