1 Cup Chana (200 gmgs)
1 Cup Basmati Rice (250 gms)
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Ghee
2 Bay Leaves
1 inch Cinnamon Stick
4 Cloves
4 Green Cardamom
1 Star Anise
10 Pepper Corns
1 Small Piece Black Stone Flower
1 Marthi Moggu (Kapok Buds)
1 Green Chili
1 Large Onion
2 Med. Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Tbsp Curd
1 Tsp Chili Powder
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
Handful of Coriander Leaves
Handful of Mint Leaves
1.5 Cups Water
Salt

Egg Pepper Fry
Ingredients:
6 Hard Boiled Eggs
3 Tbsp Oil
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
15 Pepper Corns
1 Cup Onion
1 Tomato
3/4 Cup Tomato Puree
3 Green Chilies
1 Sprig Curry Leaf
1 Tsp Garam Masala
2 Tbsp Pepper Powder
Coriander Leaves
Salt
