Champaran Style Mutton Recipe | Handi Mutton Recipe | Scroll RecipeIngredients:• 500 gm Mutton• 4-5 garlic• 2-3 cardamom, 1 inch cinnamon,4-5 cloves, , 4-5 black pepper• 3 red chilli and 3 Kashmiri red chilli• Bay leaves• 2 cups grated Onion• 1 TBSP grated ginger• ½ cup preheated mustard oil• ½ TSP turmeric powder• 1 TBSP Kashmiri red chilli powder• • Add 1 TBSP coriander powder• Add 1 TSP fennel powder• Add salt to taste• Add Garlic (whole)• Add 1 TSP garam MasalaProcess:Step 1:Marinate the Mutton:• Add 500 gm Mutton• Add 4-5 garlic• Add 2-3 cardamom, 1 inch cinnamon, 4-5 cloves, 4-5 black pepper• Add 3 red chilli and 3 Kashmiri red chilli• Add bay leaves• Add 2 cups grated Onion• Add 1 TBSP grated ginger• Mix it nicely• Add ¼ cup preheated mustard oil• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder• Add 1 TBSP Kashmiri red chilli powder• Add 1 TBSP coriander powder• Add 1 TSP fennel powder• Add salt to taste• Add Garlic (whole)• Add 1 TSP garam Masala• Mix it nicely• Marinate it for 60 mintsStep 2 :• Add ¼ cup pre heated mustard oil in a clay handi• Spread the oil around the inside wall of handi• Transfer the marinated mutton to a clay pot• Add 3-4 slitted green chillies • Roll little dough and seal the handi• Cook for 45 mints in low heat• Place a tawa and cook for another 30 mints in low flame• Place the Handi direct in low heat• Add ½ cup hot water and cook for 10 mints in high flame with cover• Serve hot with Rice==================================================please like & subscribe and comment what you like and what you didnt like.
