Ingredients:
2 kg Milk
2-3 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
Pistachio (for garnish)
Silver vark as required
Red food color (few drops)
Yellow food color (few drops)
Green food color (few drops)
Ingredients for syrup:
2 cups Sugar
3 cups Water

Directions:
In a big pan bring milk to boil. Once milk is boiled add lemon juice and mix in circular motion.
Let the mixture curdle for 2 minutes.
Then strain all the excess water from the milk using cheese cloth. And you’ll get paneer.
Add prepared paneer, baking powder and cardamom powder in a bowl and mix well until combined.
Transfer the paneer on to the mat and knead with the palm for 4 to 5 minutes, until no lumps left in dough.
Now cut the dough in four halves.
Add yellow, green and red food color to each half and knead again until the colors are evenly combined.
Make round shape balls from each portion.
In a pan add sugar, water and cook until sugar is dissolved and syrup is thick.
Add the prepared balls into the sugar syrup and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Transfer the cham cham to cold sugar syrup and then serve.

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 45 minutes
Serving: 6 persons
