Chai masala is full of health benefits and when added to tea it enhances the flavour too. The best part is that you can customise this chai to your liking and either increase or decrease certain spices to suit your taste. It is ideal during winters and will definitely be an immunity booster especially during these pandemic times. So let us start making this flavourful hot cup of masala chai or masala tea.

Ingredientsa:
FOR THE MASALA
2 tbsp Dry Ginger/Adarak/Sonth
1 Nutmeg/Jaiphal
1 Black Cardamom/Badi Elaichi
2 Cinnamon/Dalchini
1 tbsp Black Pepper/Kali Miri
2 tbsp Fennel/Saunf
12-15 Green Cardamom/Elaichi
4-5 Cloves/Laung

FOR THE TEA
1&1/4 Cup Water
2 tsp Tea leaves
2&1/2 tsp Sugar
1 cup Milk
1/2 tsp Chai masala
