I want to make it again.Actually, I made this a few weeks ago. In the movie, they make it in fall when chestnuts are in season and eat it in winter so I tried the same.The chestnuts are chewier after maturing for about a month. And then, add chestnuts, water and sugar in a pot and boil. 60% , .The movie said to use 60% the weight of the chestnuts for sugar, but I think it is subject to preference.6. , .6.
