Cauliflower fried rice with Quick Chilli Sauce | Vahchef - VahRehVah

Cauliflower Fried Rice
INGREDIENTS:
All purpose flour(Maida) - ½ cup
Corn starch - 3 tsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Crushed pepper - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1tsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Water - as required
Cauliflower - 1 no
Oil - as required
Green chillies - 3 no
Onion - 1 no
Flavouring salt - 1 pinch
Vinegar - ½ tsp
Soya sauce -1 tsp
Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 pinch
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup - 2 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
Spring onion - 5 no

DIRECTIONS:

Take all-purpose flour in a bowl,and add cornstarch, baking powder, salt, crushed pepper, pinch of garam masala, ginger garlic paste, lastly some water mix it well.

Now take the cauliflower pieces and sprinkle some all purpose flour and toss it. Now add them in the prepared batter and deep fry them in hot oil. Fry them until they turn golden brown in colour.

Preparation of Sauce:

Heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped ginger and garlic, chopped green chillies and onion saute it till turns light brown in color.

Then add some water, flavouring salt, vinegar, soya sauce, chilli sauce, garam masala powder, chilli powder, tomato ketchup, cornstarch mixture and is cooked until it comes to gravy consistency.

At last, add some coriander leaves, little bit sugar and some spring onion and cook it for a minute. Now Sauce is ready.

Fried Rice Preparation:

Now in the same pan which we made Sauce, Add some oil and heat it, Now add chopped onion, curry leaves, pepper, soya sauce, salt and boiled rice mix it and cook it for 2-3 minutes.

Then add tomato ketchup, fried cauliflower, spring onion toss it for a minute. And switch off the flame.
Now the Cauliflower Fried Rice ready to serve with hot sauce.
