Went out for a quick camping trip to Bodega Bay. Poke pole for Monkeyface prickleback. The big one I got somehow managed to stay alive after hitting it with a rock several time. Usually you want to knock the fish out first then cut the gills to bleed it out. Though I thought it was knocked out, still was fighting and managed to fray the line on the rocks and wiggle his way back into the water. Viewer discretion is advised.
