Its simple to make: mix all the ingredients together and bake. Its also a perfect gift.

* Ingredients (mold size: 23*18*4)

Cake batter: 200g grated carrot, 3 eggs, 180g brown sugar, 180g vegetable oil
220g cake flour or all purpose flour, 50g walnut, 6g baking powder, 6g cinnamon powder
Frosting: 100g butter, 400g cream cheese, 80g powdered sugar, vanilla extract
