Here is what you'll need!


Carbonara rice 2 ways
Servings: 1 each flavor

ORIGINAL
INGREDIENTS
80ml milk
80ml heavy cream
40g grated cheese
1/4 onion (slices)
1 slice bacon (chopped)
1 teaspoon vegetable oil

150g steamed rice
1 egg yolk
Some black pepper
Some parmesan cheese

PREPARATION
1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Stir-fry onion and bacon until onion gets soft.

2. Add milk, heavy cream, and grated cheese and mix well. Turn off the heat when thicken.

3. Put steamed rice on a plate. Using a spoon, make a dent on top of rice. Pour (2) over the rice and put an egg yolk in the dent. Add some black pepper.

4. Grate parmesan cheese as you want.

5.Enjoy!

SEA URCHIN flavor
INGREDIENTS
80ml milk
80ml heavy cream
40g grated cheese
1/4 onion (slices)
1 tablespoon sea urchin (for sauce)
1 teaspoon vegetable oil

150g steamed rice
1 egg yolk
Some black pepper
Some parmesan cheese
Some sea urchin (for toppings)
Some dried parsley

PREPARATION
1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Stir-fry onion until soften.

2. Add milk, heavy cream, grated cheese, and sea urchin and mix well. Turn off the heat when thicken.

3. Put steamed rice on a plate. Using a spoon, make a dent on top of rice. Pour (2) over the rice and put an egg yolk in the dent. Add some black pepper and dried parsley.

4. Grate parmesan cheese as you want.

5.Enjoy!
