Ingredients Quantity
Paras desi ghee 5 tbsp
Semolina 6 tbsp
Almond chopped cup
Cashew nut cup
Pineapple crush 2 cup
Green cardamom powder tsp
Pineapple essence 1 tsp
Sugar cup
Water as required

Method
1. Heat a ghee on kadai in medium flame. Add ghee and semolina roast until fragrant.
2. Now add chopped almond, chopped cashew nut and fry until golden brown.
3. Add pineapple crush and stir continuously.
4. Semolina will absorb all the liquid and becomes fluffy. Now add green cardamom powder and pineapple essences. Mix well and keep aside.
5. Put another kadai on medium heat. Add sugar, some water and cook till it caramelized.
6. Take sliced pineapple and cut it into cubes. Add cubed pineapple in caramelized sugar. Cook the pineapple cubes until it coats with caramel.
7. Side out sheera in a serving bowl and top it with caramelized pineapple and caramelized sauce.
