Here is what you'll need!


Camembert Ajillo

Servings: 2 people

INGREDIENTS
100g Camembert cheese
100g Olive oil
2 Cloves of Garlic (Chopped)
1/4 teaspoon Salt
6 Mushrooms
2 Slices Prosciutto (Chopped)
Ground pepper
Parsley

PREPARATION
1. Hollow out the mushrooms, stuffed them with prosciutto and sprinkle with coarsely ground pepper.

2. Make radial cuts in Camembert cheese.

3. Add olive oil, garlic and salt to a skillet and heat over medium heat.

4. When the garlic starts to release its aroma, add (1) and (2). Heat until the mushrooms are cooked, sprinkle with parsley, and you're done!

5. Enjoy!
