California Burrito
Ingredients for Sour Cream:
Cream 1 ½ cup
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Hot sauce 2 tbsp.
Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
garlic powder 1 tsp
Green coriander 2 tbsp.

Ingredients for Chicken Preparation:
Chicken Strips 500 g
Soy sauce 3 tbsp.
Paprika powder 2 tbsp.
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
Oil (for cooking) 2 tbsp. + 1 tbsp.
Mozzarella cheese (grated) as required

Ingredients for Assembling:
Tortilla as required
Sour cream as required
French fries as required
Cooked chicken as required
Onion (chopped) as required
Tomatoes (chopped) as required
Black olives as required
Jalapenos as required

Directions for Sour Cream Preparation:
1. In a bowl add cream, mayonnaise, hot sauce, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, green coriander and mix well. Your sour cream is ready.
Directions for Chicken Preparation:
2. In a bowl add chicken, soy sauce, paprika, cumin powder, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, lemon juice and mix well. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
3. In a pan heat oil and marinated chicken. Cook until chicken is fully done.
4. In another pan heat oil and add cooked chicken, add a layer of cheese on it and cook until cheese melts. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
5. In a preheated pan, toast tortilla from each side for 1-2 minutes.
6. Spread sour cream on toasted tortilla, add chicken, French fries onion, tomatoes, olives, jalapenos and wrap it in burrito shape.
7. Your California Burrito is ready. Serve with sour cream and enjoy.

Cooking time: 25-30 mins
